Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of our ecommerce platform and related services.

Last updated: August 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, starting a trial, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service description

We provide hosted ecommerce software that allows you to operate an online store or marketplace, including catalog, orders, billing, and related tools. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service on behalf of a business.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and trials

Paid plans are billed according to the cycle you select (monthly or yearly). Prices, currency, and applicable discounts are shown at checkout and in your admin billing area.

Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Failure to pay an invoice may result in restricted access until payment is confirmed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • Upload malware, infringing content, or material that violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or billing controls
  • Resell or sublicense the platform except as expressly permitted

6. Your content and store data

You retain ownership of content you upload (products, images, text, customer data). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your storefront complies with applicable consumer, tax, and product laws.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, pricing, or these terms with reasonable notice where required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription according to your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or legal requirement.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms may be sent through the contact form on our website or to the support email listed in your account area.
